Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often about how Veldenhove works, what it costs, and how our decision intelligence engine fits into an active trading workflow.
What exactly does Veldenhove do?
Veldenhove is a decision intelligence platform for active traders. Our models process market data on an ongoing basis and surface structured signals, risk context, and execution recommendations inside a single dashboard. We are not a broker and we do not manage client funds — the platform is designed to sit alongside your existing execution venue.
What does "zero-fee execution model" mean?
Our pricing is built so that platform access is not charged as a per-trade commission. Instead, Veldenhove is offered on a flat subscription basis, which means the cost of using the platform does not scale with how frequently you trade. Any third-party brokerage or exchange fees charged by your execution venue are separate and outside our control.
Do I need trading experience to use the platform?
Veldenhove is built primarily for traders who already have a working understanding of market mechanics, order types, and risk management. The platform presents analysis and signals rather than one-click automated trading, so some prior familiarity with reading charts and managing positions will help you get the most from it.
Does Veldenhove place trades on my behalf?
No. Veldenhove provides analysis, alerts, and structured recommendations. Every trading decision and every order submitted to a market remains entirely under your control. We do not have discretionary access to your brokerage or exchange accounts.
Which markets and instruments does the platform cover?
Our methodology is designed around liquid, exchange-traded instruments where sufficient historical and real-time data is available to the models. Coverage is continually reviewed as part of our internal process; if you have questions about a specific asset class, reach out through the contact details in the footer.
How is risk handled within the methodology?
Risk parameters are built into the signal generation process rather than treated as an afterthought — position sizing context, volatility bands, and invalidation levels are presented alongside each recommendation. That said, all trading involves risk of loss, and no methodology removes that risk entirely. Past performance of any model is not a guarantee of future results.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be managed from your account settings once you are onboarded. Specific billing cycles, notice periods, and plan tiers are confirmed during sign-up and in your account dashboard.
Is my data and account information secure?
We apply standard industry practices around data handling and access control for information submitted to the platform. Full detail on how data is collected, stored, and used is set out in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of this site.
Do you offer a demo or trial before signing up?
Onboarding details, including any trial or demo access currently available, are confirmed at the point of sign-up. Use the "Get started" link in the navigation to see current options.
Who is Veldenhove not suitable for?
Veldenhove is built for traders who already execute their own positions and want structured, data-driven input into that process. It is not designed for passive investors seeking fund management, nor for anyone looking for guaranteed returns — no platform can provide that.
How do I get in touch with questions not covered here?
You can reach us using the contact details listed in the site footer. For account-specific questions, signing in to your dashboard will usually surface the fastest path to support.
